They started us off with a cocktail with Absolut Citron, tequila, honey & lemon with this lovely (very) west coast pairing.
This was followed with (what was my favourite) cocktail, created with Absolut Mandarin and fresh-pressed apple juice. YUM. The salmon, capers, arugula (etc) flatbread was delicious and paired so well with the cocktail.
Next up, the Rapsolutely cocktail with Absolut Raspberry and this little nibble of brie & a cherry.
We rounded out the tasting with the very interesting Grapevine Collins. Absolut Grapevine is a new member of the Absolut family and tasted lovely on it’s own and as a Collins. The shortrib slider (with a pickle) was delicious. mmm.mmm.mmmmmm.
